Thanks guys, I pushed the launch date up so it got released sooner than planned so there is still work to be done but for the most part it is working just fine. I have a massive mailing hitting every home in my town tomorrow so I wanted the site live and functioning and not my old ugly AA site.

I track hits over the past year or so on my site(s) and see what people are looking for, what page(s) they go to often and we built this site around that. So it gives them what they want right away (hence quick mls search) as well as some other important things.

It is still a work in progress on my end and definitely not the final result as I already have BIG plans for future add on's and customizations but one step at a time.

Cool design, I like the left have navigation as its clear and to the point. The colors are great and make it very easy on the eyes, how-ever when using a blue back ground against black writing seems to go against the design, plus would stand out more if the text was white. Just my 2 cents.

Hi Tyler - do you mean the blue text over the gray nav boxes? I had some ideas for that as well.

I think he is talking about http://www.miketrinch.com/mahopac-ny-real-estate.php at the bottom of this page, I noticed this this morning, I will be changing it, it's just one of those details things we don't have complete yet due to lack of time, it's on my list, don't sweat it

By the way, priority for me and design today -
#1: Complete Div - be done soon
#2: Create call to action graphic for home evaluation to go with mailing, be done before noon my time
#3: Details page: Joel and I drew the final version this morning on paper, it should be quite easy to bang it out - This is lowest on the priority because details page is behind registration and there is currently one in place (The default)

Mike, please be sure to input your Google Analytics code in the backend under tools if you have not done so already, also please send me your user and pass for GA so that I can verify this new site with your Google Webmasters tools account, generate your xml sitemap and ping it for you

Ok I know what Tyler refers too, that is the style = highlight feature I think or maybe the "important" if I swap it for the other it will become a lighter color and easier to read.

Ok being that I hardly use GA (I know I should!) you may have to teach me how to find the code. I have never created a Google Webmasters tools account but I can right now.

You can actually do it yourself in the backend (COOL I DIDNT KNOW THAT!) Just select the meta tag verification method, grab the code and plunk it in the backend
