Option #1: Write it (Unique content is the only way to go)
Option #2: Pay a professionals to write it (Unique content is the only way to go) There is no such thing as generic content that is good enough IMHO to represent the true benefits and local nature of a real estate professional - anything less is just not good enough, and unprofessional.

Hire someone to write it and focus on selling real estate.

Perhaps you can drive around different neighborhoods in your area, take pictures and write about it.
Congratulations on hitting the first page, but I have a question for you or anybody else who can answer it. I really don't see any links pointing to your site and your site doesn't have much content, so how in the world did you end up on page 1? Can someone explain what's the trigger here?

Hey kevin,
You should have rew do a quick search when the idx comes out. That will help roll them in. BTW kevin is my brother in law so I can mess with him a little. haha |

He can't do a quick search when the IDX comes out unless he has the built in version IDX (Which is not included in the offerings from RE/MAX) - it "is" possible, but it's the standard $2500 setup, $360 per year if he goes that route, + the $300 it costs to implement a quick search.
