I know that as Realtors, most of you probably have a general distaste for sites like Zillow offering free home valuations. Fortunately for me, they dont play in my space and I can actaully take advantage of their API to get rough estimate home values in bulk and very quickly.
Are there any other sites out there that offer this type of service (free api gathering guesstimate pricing, high/low value, area specific sales charts, etc.?)

Not sure about the sites, but wanted to chime in that I love Zillow. Can't beat someone out there with a ton of data that still can't value homes accurately to prove my worth. Zillow only comes within ~10% of accurate in most cases that I looked at. I can do that with a subdivision name and a sq ft.

We cover a ton of areas locally and nationally, so getting that hometown BPO is difficult for us in most cases. We run a much more thorough analysis once we take our initial snap shot of the property.

Ziply is only a zipcode website and zipfly is clothing

Sorry if I'm misreading you here, but I just want to make it clear that it's against the Terms of Use to use the zillow api to populate any sort of offline database in bulk -- no data can be cached from the API and any use has to be accessible via a public-facing website.

That said, if you're using the API on your website to allow a huge number of visitors to look up their zestimate values, that is totally fine (and we encourage you to do so).

Hi CapFunds - Trulia has a free XML API that provides average home price data nationwide by city/state/neighborhood combination or zip code. Just hit up our developer page for more information and sign up for your account.

Cyberhomes.com just released an API, so you might want to check them out.
