I own a luxury agriturism in Tuscany, maybe the most famous region of Italy.

I would like to sell it, It's on the italian market for 6 months...I'm sure it's more situable for stranger market, in fact in Tuscany most of the property are owned by foreigners.

It's a 3.000.000$ value property about...

I really want to sell it also because I would like to invest in overseas properties, expecially in California and Florida where I have been with great joy.
