Is there anything wrong with having the same blog posted to your attached REW blog and your non-attached REW blog?
I understand that the best practice is to blog in both (or more) and plan on doing so, but if I have a blog I write in the non-attached that I felt would be beneficial for visitors to my site to be able to access via my attached blog page, is there any reason it can't (or shouldn't) be posted in both places? I'm not talking about just copying and pasting every blog I write, but there may be occasion it is nice to have one or two in both places. Maybe I'm missing the boat here, but would love to hear any comments on the issue.

I'm no expert on the "duplicate content" issue, but I'd think that would qualify as duplicate content- which Google frowns on. I've posted simular posts on different blogs, but changed almost all of the wording and titles. I'm sure someone with more knowledge than me will chime in.

Good point - I had actually read that a couple days ago, but wasn't thinking of it in that sense. I understand the point behind it, but thought it was possibly a case were if you weren't "violating the intent of the law", perhaps it was acceptable.
I guess we just have to think long and hard about what we want where, before writing it. Thanks for your input.

Glad you're in on this Morgan. I understand and to be clear, I'm not interested in bending or breaking any rules, just trying to make sure I understand them.
When the situation arises, I will likely apply the approach you suggested in one of your writings I read, I forget what you called it, but it involved summarizing work in other blogs. Probably need to actually blog about something before this is will be issue for me though! Diving in is always the toughest part! Thanks
