Default Lead Generation with Movies

Does anyone know of any software or recommend anything regarding this issue. I will be hosting videos on my site. Probably only want them to watch two videos before I ask them to signup for lead generation. Any suggestions or comments are welcome.

Can you be more specific regarding the content of those videos ? That will affect the type of leads you are getting .

I'm shooting brief videos of all the condos in downtown Charlotte, NC. Only why it's cool to live there.

Talked to a few guys on this very subject recently at a seminar and they told me they ran two sites with two different videos, selling the same home. The first video was professionally choreographed and looked spotless. The second was the guy himself with a camera in hand and was really rough. All kinds of background noise, video was shaky and was just him explaining the details of the home, and was really rough.

The rough one pulled three times more than the professional one.

My partner and I used the same concept on our web page for The You Bank. He shot a personal video, at his desk and if you watch it, he even points out the background noise and such. I don't want this to come across as an advertisement for our site, but you can go there to see the video, and it has been pulling like gangbusters!
