Does anybody have experience with these people? They called me up today. Said they have a buyer ready to purchase a condo up to $1.4 million.

I said "Great send me the referral agreement." Then the other shoe drops. They will sell me this lead plus seven more for $695. Of course I have to pay the money up front. And they're going to keep calling agents in my area until somebody buys the lead.

When you think about it, if they had a lead ready to buy something for $1.4 million, why would they opt for $695 instead of 25% of the commission?
