Number of foreclosures in 2007 / 2008 predictions
Does anyone have a source on hard figures to the number of foreclosures in 2007 or how many there will be in 2008? Realty Track just announced a 57% increase over 2007, but failed to mention how many there were. 57% higher than what?

I hear different figures just about every day. With all the loan mods that lenders are handing out I really don't see how anyone can accurately predict anything
