International Real Estate License?
This question may sound very dumb, but is there such a thing as an International Real Estate License??? if not, how does an American Real Estate professional profit from selling abroad?

You either refer it out or follow whatever licensing or lack of licensing governs the area you want to sell in.
Your license is only valid in the state you are licensed in. If you practice real estate in another state or country you have to follow those laws or lack of laws, whichever the case may be.
