Default Blackberry Pearl question

Anyone know how to add email templates to a Pearl? When I'm on the road and get a registration, I would like to have a few templates ready to use rather than typing out a message.

Are you set up for Imap or POP? Do you use Blackberry with the Exchange server or just the Blackberry email service that your cellphone providers has?

Can't you just save a draft email or save an email in the saved message folder? (And change the header and send away?)

If you have the Blackberry Exchange server, you should be in sync with your desktop client.

I figured it out. You write and save a memo. Name it the same thing you would place in the subject line. When a lead comes in, copy the email address, find the memo, hit forward and go!

Exactly. If you save it as a draft, it saves it for that day/time you wrote it and then you have to scroll down to find out where it is. It's easier just saving it as a memo.

Why not just have an auto responder from your site do it for you. It will look like you sent it and you can follow up with them later.......
