Default Using Email Templates

I am trying to set up an email template and that seems easy enough, but once I get it set up how do implement it with new emails?

I would have thought there would be something under the add document to select a template but don't see anything. As usual, I am sure this is user error.

Hey Mike, when you send an email to an individual lead, the 'template' drown-down menu appears, but it does not when you try to send emails to a group or in your email campaigns. We will repair this for you as soon as we can.

Hello Mike

We have now written the new code to allow templates in campaigns. Your site has been updated.

Gregg chiming in here, I see that in my drop down menu I can send and e-mail from the campaign, but how can I start a campaign individually? Do I have to put everyone into some sort of group to start a campaign. If I do, then does everyone in that group get started on the campiagn?

Gregg, yes you do have to create a group in order to start a campaign and yes it affect everyone. Have you read the tutorial?

HI Steven, sorry about that, saw a similar question and thought it better than a redundant post of the same sort of question. This CMS is not user friendly and intuitive. I did get the tutorial the other day and will review it.
