It just dawned on me that waiving the set-up fee on a new template is a great idea, how much is the years hosting fee again??

Hi Rob - I am sure you have already browsed the template page http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/web-templates/, which only states the annual cost for hosting is "less than $500". The cost for the years hosting is actually $480.

Your existing site utilizes an IDX solution and your objective for the new template isn't clear in your post, and therefore I would recommend you get in contact with your Salesperson. The $480 only represents the template site and hosting and not any customization, additional design, IDX etc.

I'd be happy to hook you up - With regards to the iframe of your REW IDX, from one REW site to another, you could certainly technically do it, but it would look darn funny having one REW site iframed into another - keep in mind, one of the great things about REW Custom IDX is that it is "built in" to the site, thus iframing the IDX means iframing the site - if you wish to swing a deal with El Jefe for an additional Template with IDX combo, contact El Jefe's assistant Carrie at the office and make an apt, would be nice to catch up either way - And yes, if I sell you something, that does make me your sales person
