Old Combo Locks vs. Refer the Listing
A friend of mine (gotta love that the COI pipeline) has just sent me an email about what I can do for them with a home in Norfolk, Va. I have a good contact with an agent down there so it is very easy for me to refer them . . . and wait for a "piece" from the closing b/c of the referal.
But I really want to handle the transaction my self. I have seen agents who do "remote" listings and use "old" combo-locks for agents outside of their own Assoc. of Real. area.
Is this a good idea?
What is a good way to get an accurate CMA of an area you are not in that local MLS?
