Exact spelling, does it matter?
Just want to hear some feed back on this. If my anchor text is "Old Town Real Estate" does google give me credit if someone searches for "old town real estate" in lower case?

Hey, Jason. There are actually a couple threads on this somewhere. I think it does change the results slightly.. but not by much. I'm pretty sure you would get results for both terms.

I rank differently for Bend Real Estate than I do for bend real estate, but only by 1 spot.
