Been lurking for a few months and decided to join in. Dialog has been professional, courteous and moderated! This site got my attention because of the interaction of the real estate profession and internet presence.

Great opportunity for selling my contracting company in 1998 and becames semi retired. Got tired of golf and needed challanges in my life so my significant other entered the real estate market and have loved every minute.

I am a do-it-yourselfer and got our website going. First and foremost it was to be a website brochure where we can point our customers to.

Have just got on line a new site that is targeting our market niche. This site needs to have internet presence and I would like to learn from the pros here in this forum.
