Ummmm - PR down to zero for blatant link selling (Yes I realize you claim traffic is not down) - Honestly I would never purchase a domain or site with a "current" black eye - Sorry I am going to have to remove the link to the sale and from the sig - you cannot link to sites from REW that violate a search engines TOS.

Don't be pointing fingers around here and acuse me of braking search engine TOS, show me where it says that I can not sell advertisements on my site.

You mean "show me where it says that I cannot "sell links" - I don't need to show you that, it is common knowledge.

I'm going to wade into this discusion because I am concerened that newbie's may mis-interpete the remarks.

At the bottom of this post is a quote from Google on buying and selling links and advertising. In short it states that you cannot sell links that pass SEO Juice. However, you can sell advertising and links with "No follow" tags or other methods of blocking SEO juice.

This is NOT an endorsement for paid directories, even those that follow google guidelines. Even for directories that follow the guideline the cost per value ratio of many directories is questionable.

This information IS provided so that REW users know that selling advertising is allowed by Google provided the guidelines are followed. Advertising can and is a good way of increasing site traffic when done properly.

We all know that although Google sets up these so called webmaster rules and threatens people, there are still ways to get around them and trick the search engines, and buying and selling links, no matter what the quality, is still a viable option for improving your ranking in most cases.
