Default Lead Capture Experts?

I am looking for someone to help me generate leads from my site. I am getting SE traffic just not getting any leads. When my site was totally ugly I was getting 1 lead a day. I've since upgraded it (Still needs tons of work though)

I come up first on Keywords One

And come up second on Keywords Two

I'm trying to funnel all the traffic to my property search which asks for them to signup to view properties on the market.

Maybe I should spend more time with my site with better text on the front page as well as a better layout will pull down menus. Any suggestions are greatly welcome.

One thing I notice right away is that its not clear what I should do when I get to the page. Specifically:

- there are price ranges lumped together on one line however they don't appear as hyperlinks so I can't really see that they are live links which I can click on. You might want to change the font treatment (underline, different color) so they look like live links. You may also want to table the price ranges (on top of one another + side by side) so it's more readable.
- there is a map on the page however it doesn't do anything even though it looks like it should be an interactive map.

Finally, it looks like a user can see full listing details without having to sign up. You may want to change this so that only basic property details are available for viewing and then require registration for more property information and pictures.

p.s. you may want to put this into the "Site Review' forum since the question seems more design-driven vs. lead capture driven

An easy way that I generate leads is by allowing people to view the details about the property and 1 picture. They need to sign in to see the additional pictures and the address. It's been working out great for me.

That’s how the realty generator works. When they view properties, they get access to one with full details then is asked to signup.

I just don't think enough people are clicking on the link to search. I guess I should add tracking to those links and move them around and see how it works.

I see a Contact Us tab, but had to search for it. At the end of November, I placed a large SEARCH AUSTIN HOMES link on the top right of almost every page of my site with my comtact info following that. I immediately started getting more registrations, emails and calls. I think if someone sees that over and over, they are more likely to take some kind of action.

Good Call Sam! I think that most sites lack a call to action (mine included) because we are trying to be "cool" or laid back...I don't know the reason really but I'm thinking that a call to action on the top of the page might be the best way to go!

When I click on your Price Links under "Quick Condo Search" I get a Page Not Found error message. I would fix this asap, especially if your are getting SE traffic.

Looking at it quick as I just peeked into this and its 1:30 a.m....

Don't feel bad, I had the same problem when I first got my site. No sign ins for a long time. Often its small adjustments.

The site is pretty...nice colors and nice looking. I couldn't quickly find how to Search For Condos, that should POP out. My other comment would be that when I went to the search page, I found it confusing. That was my initial reaction, which may be the best as I probably would bounce off at that point. I would like to see that page more simplified. I hope this helps.
