Not sure what it's called, maybe an RSS feed. Need a quote on a snippet that I could use on each city page of my website that would give a short reference to a blog that I have writen on my blog and then if they click on this it would take them to that specific blog.

I believe you are looking for an RSS reader snippet. This snippet will show the first 3 blog posts ( or however many you would like ) from your blog - when placed on a page. It's 1/2hr programming project for the standard display.
