Default Slideshow xml question...

We had the slideshow removed from all pages on frontdoorhomes.com except for the home page. Could I copy the the xml code for the slideshow, replace the pictures with different ones and use it on other pages within the site?

Hello,

I'm not sure I fully understand what you are trying to do here.

Sounds like you want to place the slide show on specific pages other than the home page - but with different images? ... We could come up with a solution for you that would allow you to have the "Slide Show Mananger" on each page of the site that would allow you to upload a slideshow to any page. Let me know if that sounds correct and I'll get a quote out to you.

Thank you,

Thanks, Aaron. Yes, that's what I'm trying to do, but I think I found the code to do it myself. I just can't seem to get the slideshows to "snuggle up" at the top of the content right underneath the header image. How do I get rid of the margin at the top of the page so that there's no gap above the slideshow (the way the home page looks)?

Hi Mike,

The CMS content area is surrounded by the content div styles which includes margins surrounding the content, and this is where the margin is coming from.

The best and cleanest way to add these would be through a slideshow manager in order to have it snug up to the top like that of your homepage.

Thank you.
