Please replace my current header with my previous one which I've attached. I am planning a change in templates in the near future but need to make this small change for right now.
Thanks, Bennet

While you're in there please also change the wording of the 2nd navigation menu header back to "Property Types". Also please change the name of the first two links in the 3rd navigation menu to "Buyer Representation" and "Seller Representation" respectively
Thanks

Hi Bennet,
1) Replace current header with one attached - 15 minutes design 2) Changing the 2nd nav menu header back to "Property Types" and changing the name of the first two link in the 3rd nav menu to "Buyers Representation" and "Seller Representation" would take 30 minutes design. Please approve the 45 minutes design above and we'll have this placed into production. Thank you. |

Moriah,
I'm also thinking about replacing the slideshow photos with a video file instead. Here is a link to the video on istockphoto.com that I'd like to use: http://www.istockphoto.com/file_clos...php?id=5366940 Please let me know if this negatively impacts the load time for the site and what file format I should get this in. They have a FAQ section explaining the different file types which might help you determine which type might be the most appropriate but from what I've read it seems that I should get it in HD, MP4, 640x360. Please confirm if this is OK or if there is another format to get. Here is a link to that FAQ page: http://www.istockphoto.com/faq.php?F...rm&Category=29 I'm also wondering if its possible to have the slideshow on the home page only and leave all other pages within the site without the slideshow. Sorry for all the questions but this should do it. Thanks, Bennet

Hi Bennet,
Your current slideshow dimensions on your website are 554px (width) x 145px (height). The video on istockphoto does not seem to be available in this size, but it seems that it is possible to scale it down. This shouldn't distort the video as it is scaling it down rather than up. Then, we would also crop the video down to the size (in height) of the slideshow (or we can keep it as is if you wish). The HD, MP4, 640x360 should be fine. We will need to import the video into Flash, and from there edit to fit your page. I would estimate this to take approximately 2 hours design for editing the video, once video is supplied in above format. Please approve the above 2.75 hours, and we'll have billing contact you. Thank you. |

Moriah,
Thanks for looking into that. Just to be safe, I think I'll skip the video and stick with still photos for the slideshow for now. Having said that, I have five jpeg files (all larger than my current slideshow dimensions) that I'd like to use in lieu of the two that are there now. Should I upload them here or send via email? Bennet

Please send the images along to moriah @ realestatewebmasters.com. This would take no more than 1 hour design.
Also, please approve the time for the 1 hour and 45 mins of requests above and we'll have billing contact you in regards to deposit. Once deposit is received, we'll have this placed into production for you. ![]() Thank you. - Moriah |
