Someone in my office mentioned the other day putting a t-shirt on her dog that said "My mom is a real estate agent". I guess this would work with kids too if you have them - I only have a dog. I love to sit at Starbucks and work on my laptop with my dog, and she gets a lot of attention because she's a unique looking dog. Is it cheesy as hell or smart to put a t-shirt on her like this...could it generate some people asking about real estate? I've had people start up conversations with me in the grocery store, among other places, when I am wearing my real estate nametag. It's a thought...you never know where you might find new clients!

Although it may get some people talking, I'd call it cheezy. Wear a company hat or shirt instead. However, I did see a video of an agent standing on the freeway with a cardboard sign with something about helping buyers and sellers. The news featured a story on him and it worked out well for him. A bit over the top if you ask me though.
