FMLS does not permit any branding or contact information between listing content and their disclaimers. In fact, they recommended we place the pagination on the search results below the disclaimers because it was encroaching on the listing content. We usually recommend, because your board is very strict about compliance, that any contact information be completely above, completely below, or completely to the left or right of ANY listing content.
