Please see estimates below:

1) "My Listings" tab added to the top nav - This would probably require adjusting the entire navigation, in order to allow room for the additional tab. Shouldn't take more than 30 minutes design.

2) Featured Listings on the homepage - This would take 2 hours design and 1 hour programming.

In total, this should take approximately 3.5 hours design and programming.

Please approve and we'll have billing contact you. Once deposit is received we'll have your requests placed into production.

sounds great. I would like to have some communication with the designer regarding the layout and finished product expected. I can o.k. the go ahead on this project, but I want to understand that you understand what I want. understand? you see...the featured listings on the home page already exists...see it on the left of the screen? It feeds from the mls with random picks i guess. I would like that already existing section to show "my listings", and be able to choose which of my listings show there, and what order they are in.

I would imagine this wouldn't take long. I will have programming quote you properly on this aspect. The 2 hours design should no longer be needed.

Hello,

You actually already have the ability to select which listings show there. Once logged into the CMS - click the "Listings Tab" .... from there you'll see a link to "Manage Featured Listings" ..... This is where those listings are pulled from - the only thing that it doesn't allow you to pick the order. - 1/2hr should be enough time to change it to allow you to enter the order.
