Default how to combine increasing ranking and traffic at the same time? HELP...

Hello guys, something is bothering me today.

I have been doing SEO for websites and now I am doing a real estate SEO website. I don't know if I should post it here, but just got the idea that maybe you could have some answer regarding this one that I am handling now since I am trying to promote online a real estate ..eehh..more on foreclosure website is what is it.

Anyways, the main thing thats troubling me is that, even if I accomplish all the targeted links posted in other related websites, posted links in directories, articles as promise as well as with the ranking trying to get up , some have reach the expected and some have not, well, expected is the first index page of google, and all of this , I find it in a good result already. BUT still, clients are not satisfied, after 3 months of working it, they suddenly feel that they are spending too much on nothing. Usual complains they have is that their sales is not getting any higher... hhhmm... such a pain on my part cause I have tried to accomplish as much as I can but sadly still nothing seems to right for them.

Talking about sales which comes from good traffic I think, how can I combine getting those at the same time doing what I do now to increase ranking. Although I have not promise to increase traffic through all the strategies but only promise to rank their websites for some specific keyphrase, still, nothing seems to right.

Is there anything I can do, I mean please suggest what else is there thats missing if you know.

Thanks in advance.

If I understand right your clients are not happy cause their sales have not increased? This could also be a fault on their part that they are not converting enough? If your SEO is working for them they should see an increase in traffic it is then up to them to convert these leads.

Your question was not exactally clear but thats my 2 cents.

Yes...

Sorry about my question..but yes, I mean that one you mention. The client is not happy because of there is not increase sale, though the ranking are doing great specially for a very fresh website like a 3 months old one.

You would think then that it is a simple matter of patience for them though I can understand that they would want a measurable ROI.
