Hello,

What type of registration form are you looking for? I notice that on your site you are using MLS Finder for the IDX portion .... did you want a quote on a registration form that comes up before the user can search on MLS Finder?

I was reading about making people register ...some say immediately, others say after 3 uses etc. i wasn't sure where this registration typically occurs. do many/most of the users have registration? if so how is it typically done?

Hello,

Are you getting an IDX through REW? If so then we can talk options for registration .... If you are going to stick with MLS Finder then the only option that we can implement would be to force registration Prior to allowing the user to search...

Actually Celeste, MLS Finder can also set you up with different registration options, if you are using us for IDX, then we can certainly assist, however MLS Finder would be the folks to talk to if you are sticking with them.

would rather switch over to everything rew if the functionality is there. we just had the mls finder carried over from our old site. is rew functionality in rew tempate or the upgraded package (can't remember what it was called).

can you aim me to someone's site where i can see the rew version. if i go with the rew version can you tell me the various options used for registration. still not sure if it's a good idea or not and wondered if you know how many use it. i have never liked registration but if i get several thousand unique visitors a month and no one calls then seems like that may be my only way to capture leads...any words of wisdom?

Celeste, are you a broker or an agent? In ABOR, only brokers can use the REW search engine friendly IDX (Their agents can use an iframed version)

An example of an REW IDX in your area, www.jimolenbush.com/idx/

Celeste, our full pricing sheet can be found at http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/pricing/

CORE IDX (Similar to Jim's) is a $2500 one time install, and $360 USD per year IDX data hosting. Please be advised Jim's site is a custom (Not a template) and he has many features on his site that are custom, such as the quick search on his main page.

Using his site for a reference www.jimolenbush.com/idx/ is the part that is CORE.
