Aaron, Can you help me with a snippet from the GSMAR mls? My site is
www.BestSmokyMountainRealEstate.com
There is a field in the mls search (Paragon) in the Misc. section. It is M7 Foreclosure.
Can you write a snippet that I can use to create a page on my site for foreclosures. If you create the template, do I need to plug in the different cities in our area?

Hello,

I do not see a field like that in the IDX data - could you please provide one MLS number that is a Foreclosure listing and I can see if it's possible to set up a snippet for this. If it's possible it would be about a 1/2hr project.

Not to hijack but I too have a M7, M7a code that means foreclosure, short sale, etc so if this does work I would be interested too!
