there is nothing in the header. It's just blue, is that intentional?
do yourself a favor and grab the all in one seo plugin. also change your urls to pretty urls. search for wordpress seo guides online.

I'm having a hard time following this thread, but here is my feedback. The home page has way too much text, some of which can go onto the About page. You could add more navigation links to consolidate a lot of the home page information elsewhere so that the site is more user friendly. There is just way too much information to digest on your home page. Also, when I click on your other pages the blue header at the top of the page shows a thumb nail where an image should be but there is no image. I don't think it is my computer or browser that is the problem.
