Eric Badgley's New Custom Site
Hey guys check out the dew custom from rew. Its been live for ten minutes and already got two leads out of the system.. I am stoked http://www.bellingham-realestate.net

Looks quite attractive.
Just from a personal point of areas of improvement: I'd make the phone number in the top right corner more prominent. [Yes, I know you have the phone number in the bottom of the left column as well. But, English reading people read from the Top Left Corner, and scan to the Bottom Right Corner. The 2 places you have the phone number - are in the 2 spots that are least likely to easily be seen IMO.] From an aesthetic standpoint, one of the best sites I've seen.

Nice. I like mountains, too, as my site shows. I also like the brown parchment background image. Traditional yet classy.
The underlines under the top nav buttons don't seem to blend well with the overall design where they meet the main div. On the top nav buttons mouseover graphic, I would lose the underlines, and mirror the way the way the top of the button looks on the bottom as well. Symmetry. The blog need to be framed with similar style elements. When I go to the blog in FF 3.0 (beta), there is no template framing at all. I don't find any "Home" page link? Funny things happen to the header elements when the screen width is less than the full 1024. Plus, as Malok mentioned, due to its location, the phone number disappears when width is less than 1024.

Beautiful site.
As Malok and Ronnie said the phone number needs to be more prominent. And Ronnie states you don't have a homepage link (except the image in the center with your name). Usually should be in the top left of the site. What about some sort of logo there too with all your contact information? Last of all, because of the 3 column layout your content area is very small and therefore your text is very small and hard to read. I would think those navigation menus to the sides could shortened to give you more space for content and increasing your font size.
