Please quote the cost to upgrade our software to the current release. Also, please quote a link to MLS so we can create electronic mailers. Currently, we access the MLS database for a weekly mailing generated by your company. Definitely include the time frame as well as the cost. Presently the mailer sends out Laguna Beach listings that were added that week ( so Laguna Beach listings with a list data back 7 days from the time that the email is sent out ) .... We could add a system that you would be able to enter MLS #'s of the listings that you wished to be sent out. This could be done so that you could add MLS #'s - and send out a newsletter manually in addition to the "New Laguna Beach listings - or in place of them - the project I estimate would be a 3hr programming project to implement and test. Please let us know how you would like it to function based on my suggestions above.
