Default Adding A No Follow Link

On my side nav bar I have a couple vendors that I have links to For example one link is called MI Property Appraiser, where do I add the "No Follow" code in the link. Below is a copy of what the code looks like:
<iframe src="http://appraisalschop.com/" width="750" height="2000" frameborder="0">
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
</iframe>

Can someone tell me where do I add the No Follow code in this sequence? Most vendors that are not very tech savvy won't even know that I added the no follow, so why use up my link juice if I don't have to.

You appear to be Iframing that page in ... So you wouldn't add the no follow.

I believe that the rel="nofollow" tag .. is only for the <a> tag.

You might want to do some research on the internet about rel=nofollow in an iframes

A link like

When in doubt ask Google:
<a> tag
