Just finished this today - http://bocahome.com - I am stoked about how it turned out. I would love some feedback.

HUGE PROPS need to go to my team on this one:

Richard (Creative) - All I do is draft these things up on a notepad (My drawings kind of look like a bunch of scribbles) but these guys are so good that they can interpret my scribbles / ideas / requirements and translate them / add to them / and turn them into something amazing. All the credit for the graphics, gradients well let's just say the who design goes to Richard (Dick) on this one.

Leif (Markup / sexy ajax etc) - All the cool open / close drop downs, the custom IDX skin, the html, the CSS the whole framework is done by Leif - What more can I say, I love the kid (Who's wife may be having a baby any second now, best of luck) - and he and Dick have both done a wonderful job, let's just say I am a very happy customer.

These design type guys and gals are usually in the background while I get all the props because I am the one posting, and really it is them that constantly make me and REW look good- so if you approve, let em know as they deserve and have earned some recognition, and let's face it, everyone likes to here something nice said about their work from time to time

Richard and Leif, you guys did a great job. I am not usually a fan of right side navigation but this site has great flow and is easy to navigate. Love the colors and using the white background on the site makes it easy on the eye.

Very nice job guys. Pretty impressive. I did notice a link for virtual tours, I asked about this for my site and I believe I was not able to get a virtual tour link. Does this depend on the feed available from the real estate board for the particular area?
