can someone explain?
I've had some interesting experiences with rentalcashflow.com. My home page is still pr4, but I have a newer section that all pages have pr 4 except the main page for the section, which should have the most backlinks(http://www.rentalcashflow.com/Free-L...-Agreement.asp). The other pages like (http://www.rentalcashflow.com/Free-L...pplication.asp) have links only from home page, the main section page, and each other.

perhaps some people have found your pages and are linking to them, you may be getting PR, but the links might not show up in a link: check in google as not all links do show
