I think you would want to include SEO Quake in your choices. It is a firefox extension that opens with each page and gives you relevant data an each site you are on.

You can use firefox and where you have sites that for some reason can't render you can use a Firefox extension for Internet Explorer

The free version of Web CEO from www.webceo.com has been a personal favourite of mine for some time. Its a piece of software, not a website or extension, but is well worth the time to install.

As GreggRio mentioned SEO Quake is also an excellent tool.
