The forum install is 1 hour billable programming install (You have to purchase the software at www.vbulletin.com

If you want us to skin the forum it is billed by the hour and we require more details as to how in depth you want the skin. Custom skinning can be anywhere from 5 hours to 100 hours depending on complexity of forum design.

It does have both the blog and the IDX.

Btw you sure you want a forum? If it is not maintained properly it will end up with spam that will only make you look bad, check out Aaron's example http://www.sellurboat.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=4 nothing but spam because Preston is not maintaining it. This is very bad for a websites trust and image.

You do not have to approve all the messages posted to a forum - there may be some type of hack or pluggin you can installed - but I would imagine that you have better things to do than to approve messages on your forum all day.
