Mark - that is a very attractive site, I like the colors. My only suggestion would be to have a link back to your home page from the interior pages. I know you can click on the logo, but I like to also have a designated link.

I actually dig it a lot, great job. I would replace the image rollover navigation with a CSS navigation, and implement a suckerfish system for sub pages for your interlinking http://www.alistapart.com/articles/dropdowns (For suckerfish)

I would also like to see your phone # incorporated somehow in the header or closer to the fold as opposed to just being in the bottom - great start, one of the more impressive submissions I have seen as of late.

The first page is a bit long ... but other than that, I've got no real complaints either.

My general approach is, if I get to the site, would I use it or would I move on. This looks like something I'd use.

Very nice color scheme and type, looks very upscale in my opinion. I also like the "request a showing" logo-link. I agree, it needs a "home" button somewhere besides clicking the logo, unless I did not see it, nice site!

Hi Mark - When I first hit your home page within the first 10-15 seconds... I felt I was on a nice looking site that's laid out well with nice a nice color scheme, fonts that flow good together, and attractive photos. I liked the fact that you concentrated on exactly what end users are looking for when they search the Internet for real estate web sites...They are looking for home listings and capabilities to search real estate. You just need a link back to your home page.

I must say, i do like the design as well

A couple of pointers though

• Change the italic text; italics was originally intended for the print medium, not the web, its generally difficult to read.
• Condense your TITLE tag on the main/index page - its way too long.
• To add a little more power, move you're nav div further down your page, making you're main content div as near to the top as possible.
• Add a few more inline text links from you're main page to internal pages, this will help to build internal page strength.
