Frankly Morgan, I am looking for some direction. I am ranking reasonably well for several search terms.One baffles me, which is Santa Cruz Real Estate, as to why that does not do well. So what I have decided to do as well is see if I can get some action on my buying page. Depending on cost I may do the selling page. I have a somewhat modified original page that was standard. I am thinking something around the same 1 page size. I am thinking some may search for buying a home in santa cruz or something like that. I have several KW specific pages and am trying to see what other way may be searched for that I have not worked on, and you probably have done a million of.

I am hoping that this page will rank well for terms like buying a home in santa cruz, first time home buyer programs, etc. I do not think I need any custom snippets, but am open to listening to suggestions.

I imagine I will put in a picture of something around here, so that I what I thing would be it for a photo. I will have links to a lender and maybe some county resource sites.

Does that help? It would help to see some examples. I am just trying to capture another term with a page specifically written for a segment of the market that is general.
