Anyone using this? When you're logged in to your gmail account, a button on your website tells users that you are available to chat live. They don't need to be logged in. I just found this and installed it today.

I have seen this tool on other websites, but to me it seems like you could be spending too much time chatting to people. Then when you are not on chat is says offline, so it seems like you aren't focused on the website.

Yeah, I have it on mine but do not like it that much. People always seem to want to talk when I am busy or in a hurry. I turned mine off.

I know a couple of local competitors use the system and have reported good things about it. If you could tie it somehow into your cell phone...like with a smart phone...that might interest me. I'm not at my computer enough for that to work for me...usually out showing properties.

What would prevent one from having it work with their smart phone?
