Jason, I'd like to know how sending those emails works out for you. I have been reluctant to do that as some have some interesting messages in the comments section when they send it to their friend and they may be turned off to using my site or services knowing I can read their personal comments not meant for me. However, I like the idea...

Sure will. It amazes me how many consumers have no idea how agency works and how we get paid, especially the dual agency thing and how it's better for them to have a buyers agent in their corner instead of going straight to the sellers agent.

I wonder how many potential deals we loose because they just don't know they can have an agent at no cost to them.
