This list of yours does not appear to be a list of real estate forums as much as it is a place for people to get a link. What exactly are you trying to do with that page? Atlanta real estate forum is a blog, not a forum and there are others.

Members here don`t really post links to their own sites and self promote in the forum there are plenty of other ways to do that such as blogs and signature`s, I dont think it was the first time.

He wasn't banned because he was competition. He was banned because he broke our "No Self Promotion" rule. Anyone who promotes their own website will receive the same.
