Default snippet wording

My scotts valley snippet for condos and townhomes has the following words in the title.

"Scotts Valley Homes and Properties for Sale"

The city only says Scotts Valley in the snippet. I am assuming that there is something that I can change so it does not say "homes and properties" for sale, but rather says "Scotts Valley Town homes and Condominiums for sale"

Thanks

Hi Gregg,
Yes, the "Homes and Properties" wording is hard-coded. We could change it, but then you would need to put your whole title in the snippet. Do you want to do that globally, for all your snippets?

Hi Vera, I am thinking that for condominium snippets this is not appropriate. I do not know about a land snippet, but that also would be confusing.

I thought there was a way to have verbiage that is different with each snippet?

No, the way it is currently, the "Homes and Properties" is included in the code. We could change that, as I said, but then you would need to put the full wording in every snippet.
