I am concerned with the skyrealtyaustin.com emails for the agents

what would it cost to host email for our agents with your company?

Are you more or less reliable than godaddy?

How many email accounts can I have with skyrealtyaustin.com

How much memory would each account have?

Can some be a forward account?

Is this part of hosting with the website?

Do you have a download so that I can back up all emails that agents send and receive (archive)

Email hosting is included with your REW website.

Here at REW, we are using the same mail server as our clients. I have no complaints.

There is no limit to the number of email accounts you have.

Each account can hold 1GB.

Some or all can be forwarded accounts.

We do not provide the software to archive your mail. This is something you are responsible for, but we would happily give you some suggestions if need be.

we are currently using two gigs.

what would the cost be for another gig? And then each additional gig after that.

Do you mean set up an account for me to look at and play with?

I need to make notes of how it will function.

We have 45 agents, I will have to ready to answer a ton of questions before we move everything over

Actually I need to clarify a few things
Each individual email account can store on the service 1 Gig of storage that part is correct, however at the $40 per month hosting level, there are only 5 email addresses provided and that hosting account has a soft (Aggregate) storage of 2 Gigs - (Which includes website, lead manager, emails stored on the server etc) so we highly recommend that you download your email to a PC client such as outlook or thunderbird and NOT leave emails on the server (Or you will run out of space very quickly)

Curtis, you have several hosted accounts with us for multiple websites, thus your limits are also aggregated 2 Gigs x however many sites you pay to host with us. 5 emails x however many sties you pay to host with us.
