Button on IDx (Both Sites)

I talked to morgan about this a few months ago, What i am wanting to do is put a pre-qualify button on each MLS listing in our IDX. I would like the button to re-direct to our mortgage page on the site that the button is on. On the mortgage page i would like the a form that would redirect to the lead system (nuhomesource.com/leads) and also send my lender a email that he has a lead in the system. I need to be able to tell the difference from a Mortgage lead and a real estate lead, maybe it could go directly to his box. Any questions just ask.

So if the user was on this page http://www.nuhomesource.com/idx/resi...9/details.html
then the link would go to http://www.nuhomesource.com/Mortgage...umber=10594679
Then pass that MLS number to the "Comments" of that form Is that correct?

Would it be good enough to just copy him on the form submissions from those forms?

Yes that is all fine,

I guess it could just email him and let him know him know the info. I would want it to go to an agent also. So

It will be a designed button

When they fill out the forum it should be emailed to the lender as well as be put in the lead system. We would still want it to be assigned to a agent.

Ok - Thank you.

So here is the start of the quote:

1) Designed button that reads "Pre-qualify" - 30min design - 15 mins programming.( to hook up the link)

2) Adding the MLS number to the comments section of that form - 15 mins programming

3) Having all the form information be passed into the lead manager system ( we would just put the information in the "Lead Notes" section. 1hr programming.

Is the Lender always the same person? Meaning just one email address that we can add to the recipients of the form. If so please PM the email address.

You would just assign the lead in the backend as like the IDX leads.
