Default idx features questions of operation

A few things- my time stamp does not seem to work-look at all the zeros on the left on the report.

I thought that I had a listings sent record for customers- the list of the actual listings?

Is there any way to sort these people on the saved search reports?

Is there a way in the report to see what people viewed, not the whole page?

Also this seems not to be limiting to 5 http://www.propertyinsantacruz.com/i...56/search.html (shameonme@sbcglobal.net)

Can I see when they last viewed a page or listings sent?

Map still needs to be moved after a search to display properly

LIsting 219 Farley does not display in RDM for under 1M 2 bed minimum. It should.MLS #80815621

I posed a question on another thread about the 8 digit # and do not recall a response as to why they aren't displayed? Norcal also wondered if I recall too.

suggestions to make this more user friendly

What report are you talking about?

Leads only get sent listings if they create and save a search. So, they are getting emailed the updated results of their search. We do not record these emails in the lead manager, but if you click on the search that a person has saved, you will see the same results that they see. So you do have an actual list of the listings. If you need to have a conversation in reference to a specific listing, you both have it sitting in front of you.

Do you mean you want to be able to search leads that have saved a search and filter out those who have not? Yes, you can. If you click on the SSRCH link (below), it will only display leads that have saved searches.

Are you asking if there is a way to see which listing(s) was viewed in the saved search result? In the history portion of the lead details, you can see the date and time of each property viewed by a lead.

What is supposed to limit to 5? IDX results? And what is shameonme@sbcglobal.net?

You can view when they last viewed a page in the lead history section.

Here is the link to the number thread: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread25608.html basically the change was optional. I suppose there will be an additional charge if you want to switch to the 8 digit system.

This maybe a quote item, my other sytem has it where you can see what was viewed though not saved. This gives me an idea of what type or price and type of property to set a customer up with if they gave a bogus tele and I am not able to immediately communicate with them.

Often there is someone, often Aaron who has worked on a problem. I find the search capabilities very limited, and maybe I do not know how to use the search thread or post capability properly to insert the prior thread. I personally much prefer to talk with someone in resolving problems rather than e-mails. I find I can communicate better and it is much easier to quickly verify the query and aswer.

The previous post was http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread25608.html

You have a work order in progress to change to the 8 digit numbers.

I know it does not display in 8 digits, it did not show up on a search on my site with the price and bedroom in the prior thread or comment. That is why I posted. It should have shown under a price and size and area search. I just gave the MLS # so your could easily verify that the listing is in fact active and where it is to be placed.

Hi Gregg,
I see the listing when I do a search in Rio Del Mar for houses under $1 million and at least 2 bedrooms. There is no photo, however. Is that what you're pointing out?

Yes, the day I saw it on MLS and sent the 6 digit mls#, I checked on my site for fun, and it did not show under the mls area search or map search. That is what started this query, why it was not displaying.I am glad it is so now.
