I am a real estate agent in Naples Florida and love to do business through the internet. Maybe I am only a newbie at this internet stuff (only 1.5 years), but have had fruitless website, until about a year ago. Finally, started to do the research needed and trying optimization to increase my SERP's.

Would like to trade information with other realtors that are successful on the net and willing to help others that maybe new or too shy to ask questions of the heavy weights.

Oh, just in case someone wants to know, I will link to and link from other sites willingly. I remember when I was shot down when my site was new and had no PR. So, I willingly link.

I was browsing your site and reading some of your material on passing PR to selected pages. Need to do some studying on the Java scripting to be sure I understand it. I am a realtor first and then do my research into the world of the internet.

Note to glenn, Javascript is now parsable by Gbot and thus the article "channeling pagerank" should be updated to a CSS onclick, I just havent had time, please do not attempt the javascript nofollow, Google can now follow it! Damn google hehe always makin me write new code!

Here is an example of how you can use a combonation of onpage and offpage CSS to totally mask an HREF

Now that I've said that, the channeling pagerank tequnique no longer carries as much weight as pagerank is now being attributed to the "domain" more then the "page" so what you should concentrate on is increasing the PR of the system, not individual pages, if they are associated with the system they will rank. I have many Pr 0 pages that just because they belong to a high page reputation site rank well instantly. I call this the amazon effect, after the fact that a brand new page on amazon with one link from somewhere else on amazon makes that page instantly rank just because of the high PR and pagecount of the amazon.com system
