If someone is seeking a commercial opportunity, perhaps this may be of interest. I am the managing partner in a 28 acre commercial project which is fully entitled and ready for development. The focus will be Class A office with complementary mixed use. The site for the first building (70K Class A office/multi tenant/Energy Star/w/LEED Points) has been brought to sub grade. The dilemma... Banks want pre-leases prior to funding vertical construction. Interest has been very strong but these credit tenents will not engage until building is 90-120 days from C/O. Even at this phase of construction, inquiries have exceeded 80k.
