Default Sold property page

I'd like to get a quote for the creation of a page that shows sold properties (now available from Metrolist) for our geographic farm area. It would not zoom out beyond this area. This would show a map zoomed in on only the farm area and would operate similar to our current map search but the options would be more like active/sold or the sold time frame (3m, 6m, 12m etc). They could click on the details and view them as normal. I'd like this page to be made so that we could duplicate it for different areas as well. Thanks in advance!

Hi Jake,

We currently do not have access to the Metrolist CO sold data. I believe it is available via their premium feed. We've had some inquires on this from others - I'll get back to you on this.

Jake, see: http://www.realestatewebmasters.com/thread25513.html

IMO, there are other, more critical enhancements needed for the current REW MetroList template IDX, which is still missing HOA fee and frequency info, does not display or have the ability to search by property sub-type (detached, attached, cluster/patio, townhome, horse property, etc.), and does not include assigned agent contact info on the print format page, all of which I have sent to Morgan for future enhancement consideration. As discussed in the other thread on this topic, the new premium IDX feed also involves a higher monthly fee that every Metrolist IDX template user would have to start paying to MetroList, since all of us who are Broker-Associates are constrained by the MetroList rule to be on the same template IDX system, from a consumer functionality and displayed items standpoint.
