Contact Questionaire
How to I edit the sign up questionaire linked to my Contact tab.

You "Could" edit the #rew-simple-contact# snippet ( you can get there from clicking the @ sign on the bottom left of the CMS) - Do you have HTML and PHP knowledge - because you will need that to edit the contact form snippet. I recommend that you request a work order to have us make the changes you need to make.
