Is my REW blog a No-Follow blog when people leave commments? What tool is out there so I can tell if a particular blog is a Do-Follow or No-Follow?

I do not believe that people that leave comments on the blog can post their website URL.

I believe there is a pluggin for Firefox that will hight light links that are no follow links. Do a google Search for "nofollow plugin firefox" ( without the quotes )

If you are talking about your free REW blog here: realestatewebmasters.com/blogs/mark-z/

It has no option for a regular user to leave their URL, so in that instance it is a no-follow.

I did notice though that the one comment you made on your own blog was a do-follow link to your own free REW blog.

Most of your posts have no comments, so it's hard for me to be concise. But, it looks to me as though only registered users of free REW blogs (when they are logged in) get a do-follow link and it is only to their free REW blog. Kind of 'keeping it in the family" for all REW free blog users.

Matt, this is the REW Customer Support forums, although I appreciate your attempts to help, I would ask that you do NOT post here, as you are not an REW customer or staff.

Btw, this forum (For both of you) is for "hosted" REW Blogs, not the REW Blogs attached to my domain here at real estate webmasters.

And the answer to the question is - by default REW Blogs do NOT even allow links to be hyperlinked (We strip them) so dofollow not do follow is irrelevant, we don't allow users to post live links in comments.

Wow! After being on forums since the late 90's, you'd think I'd check out the 'bread crumbs' above to see that this Q was in your support forum.

I usually just click on the "New Posts" button whenever I log into any forum (REW, IBSTeam, DigitalPoint, etc.) to see what's new and I never even thought to check which category, the post that looks interesting, is in.

Any-who, I was just trying to help out. So, I'm glad you recognized that.

I'll keep my thoughts out of your support categories from here on out.
