I appreciate it (I think )

What I really like is the flash map on http://www.porchlightgroup.com/denver-neighborhoods.php did we build this for you, or was it part of your previous site that you had us bring over?

My first question / concern when looking at the site is "where is your phone number?" I would imagine you could fit it in nicely in the standard top right area where users are already trained to look.

The other thing I am iffy on is the background gradient in the content area, I am not totally sold on it, might make the text harder to read for your visitors (Never a good thing) what do others think of that gradient?

I agree with Morgan on the phone number. Make it as easy as possible for people to contact you. The top right does seem like the perfect spot. you should also have your physical address somewhere on the site.

Text against a solid background is easier to read.

Overall the sight has a very nice feel and great design.

Great looking site! -- I love the aesthetic of the gradient in the background but I see where you're coming from, Morgan. After a good look though, I don't think it would deter me. Only other thing I saw is the text just needs to be cleaned up in the "New Developments" page (i.e. "It’s green, it’s contemporary, it’s comfortable, it’s home.")

First impression is "well laid out and easy to navigate" I do however agree is seems difficult to contact you, even the top right contact us tab seems out of reach unless your looking for it. The background for me anyway I like, I could see how some people may not be able to view it as easy. I like the about us page with easy to see names, e-mails and click for pictures and information, overall easy to use site, well done.

Overall it looks pretty good. The neighborhood map is cool. I've been wanting to do something like that myself. The second heading on the market stats page says "Denver Area Market Statistics" which made me think that I could view the market stats for each local area and so it was little disappointing when they weren't there, and you might want to highlight the fact that you can request them by e-mail a little more boldly.

I think the site looks sharp. Really clean and easy to navigate. I think you certainly need your contact info in front of your visitors as often as possible and should consider putting pictures of the agents on the agent page.

Overall great site and very nice looking.

I'm not crazy about the stripes on the main part of the site, but like how it looks on the header. I really like your quick search (feels seamless with the navigation), really like the neighborhood sections. The use of buttons on the agent pages seems a little much, maybe if the icons were a little smaller would not stand out as much. Overall it is a very nice site.
