As you can see, this lead has received emails. This is shown in lead history and lead notes. I think when you asked this question, the email had not been sent yet.

The lead history shows your custom request to view saved search emails. Lead notes shows any emails you have sent through campaign or individually.

I talked with her on the 27th, and there was practically nothing, so it is interesting that an entry should show the next day. Probably programming at work. There should be lots of stuff that she has been getting, which is not displaying on my end. I have other systems that give a lot of information and am trying to get this system on par with that one. There should be a daily report for each customer in the customers file as well as a master list. If I need a WO to get this accomplished, please advise, but I suspect things are not being sent and this is a problem that can't be easily detected in the saved search report, especially as it is not sorted in any way that I can easily reference to a customer. I have to look over the whole list, which I am not going to do.Maybe a search field or a sort as mentioned would be something that is in the CMS-2 upgrade list?
